Synergy is excited to announce the latest addition to our team, our new Manager of Training and Development, Amy Kline. Amy will be overseeing all of Synergy’s training and development programs, optimizing them for efficiency and success. Her primary focus will be partnering with our clients to tailor our extensive training and development offerings to their specific needs and develop execution plans for the programs.
Our robust curriculum features over 30 specialized training courses supplemented by leadership coaching, research-based assessments, conflict management, and engagement surveys. These functions all work together to ensure effective organizational performance, team cohesiveness, and an engaged workplace culture for our clients. From an hour lunch session to a full-day leadership class or multi-session seminar series, our on-site and virtual training workshops are customized to meet the exact needs of our diverse clients. Our engagement and workplace surveys provide essential insight for future organizational growth and innovation. With a clear understanding of employee engagement and workplace culture, our clients can increase their productivity, retention, and morale. Furthermore, our leadership and management coaching can develop supervisors into more dynamic, emotionally intelligent, and effective leaders. Amy is available to work with managers individually or in small groups to develop individualized action plans and sharpen their skills.

Amy joins the Synergy team with over 10 years of experience working with hundreds of companies in various industries to assist them with human resources questions, organizational development, and training needs. Amy has supported her clients by learning about their culture, identifying their specific needs, and partnering with them to utilize her skills in leadership development, strategic planning, change management, conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
Amy earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and her master’s degree in Counseling and Organizational Psychology from The Adler University. Amy is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
